Introduction:
As part of the activities under the "Science in the Public Service" Campaign, the school talks and displays on loan are scheduled between September and end of 2007.
The talks and displays present the scientific work of various Government departments and showcase the application of science to our daily life.

Deadline for application is 31 July 2007.
Remarks:
1. Schools should provide venue and technical support for the talk(s)/displays. A computer projector should also be provided for the talk(s).
2. All applications should be made on or before 31 July 2007.
3. The decision of the Organizing Committee and the relevant departments is final whether or not an application is accepted.
4. The relevant department(s) will contact schools to arrange the talk(s)/displays after an application has been accepted.
5. Dates for the talk(s) or displays should not be changed once an application has been accepted.
6. Schools should liaise with the relevant department to arrange transportation of displays. In case of school closure due to adverse weather or other circumstances, the talk(s) will be cancelled. Schools should follow up with the relevant department regarding new arrangements.
