Introduction:
As part of the activities under the "Science in the Public Service" Campaign, the school talks and displays on loan are scheduled between April and end of 2006. The purpose of the talks and displays is to present the scientific work of various Government departments and showcase the application of science to our daily life.

Deadline for application is 15 March 2006.

Remarks:
1. Schools should provide venue and technical support for the talk(s)/displays. A computer projector should also be provided for the talk(s).
2. All applications should be made on or before 15 March 2006. 3. The decision of the Organizing Committee and the relevant departments is final whether or not an application is accepted.
4. The relevant department(s) will contact schools to arrange the talk(s)/displays after an application has been accepted.
5. Dates for the talk(s) or displays should not be changed once an application has been accepted.
6. Schools should liaise with the relevant department to arrange transportation of displays.
7. In case of school closure due to adverse weather or other circumstances, the talk(s) will be cancelled. Schools should follow up with the relevant department regarding new arrangements.
